This intriguing recipe was passed on to me by the company that sold me my drier, so I figured I'd give it a go. It very special with a hint of roasted fennel and not too sweet from the honey. Otherwise we have stuck to our trusted recipe of black pepper a roasted/ground coriander. It reminds me of New York charcuterie where fennel is all the rage.
